Student Case Study Competition 2017

We've just issued the Call for Applications for the 2017 Student Co-op Case Study Competition, which will take place during the annual meetings of the Canadian Association for Studies in Co-operation, 30 May 2017, at Ryerson University in Toronto. 

The competition gives selected students an opportunity to analyze contemporary problems facing co-operatives in a format that is both educational and engaging. Students assess the situation facing the chosen co-op, analyze the available information, and craft the best options for the organization. They then have the additional challenge of presenting their analyses and solutions using a modified Three Minute Thesis style.

This is the third annual case study competition sponsored by the Centre. Previous events have been unqualfied successes, with organizers impressed by the quality and talent of participants and the students themselves commenting enthusiastically about both the academic and social aspects of the experience.
