Stan Yu joined the Canadian Centre for the Study of Co-operatives in 2020. As the Research and Communications Coordinator, he provides support for the Centre’s professional staff and affiliated faculty with the development of funding proposals for research projects and strategic initiatives, as well as the development of communications strategies. Prior to joining the Centre, Stan held numerous positions at the University of Saskatchewan, including Survey Research Manager and Specialist at the Social Sciences Research Laboratories, Research Associate at the International Centre for Northern Governance and Development, Sessional Lecturer in the department of Sociology, and Program Evaluation Specialist at the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning. Stan is well versed in both quantitative and qualitative research, and has a keen interest in program evaluation and how data informs decision-making.
